污点艳情史 The Dirty Picture 中文简介
　　原本只是南印电影圈一个普通化妆师的贫穷乡下女孩Reshma，如何摇身一变成为80年代的南印情色电影女王？在大萤幕上艳光四射颠倒众生的她，为了追求与巩固自己的地位，周旋在众多男人之间，她是否能得到内心真正渴望的真爱？又为何在红透半边天后名气竟逐渐下滑而陷入困境，致使她在35岁就结束了自己的生命？
　　
　　本片取材自80年代的知名南印艳星Silk Smitha (至)的一生，并非正式传记改编电影，而是导演、製片跟编剧一起收集资料加上参考Silk的生平所创作的剧本。
　　
　　本片并未刻意批判或为Silk Smitha辩解，而是试图透过Silk Smitha的生平，呈现演艺圈五光十射的光鲜表象下隐藏的黑暗与悲剧。本片于日，也就是Silk Smitha的生日上映，上映后评价跟票房都不错，女主角薇迪雅.巴兰的演技与演艺事业都因此更上一层楼。

　　Silk Smitha原名Vijayalaxmi，因为家境贫穷在8岁就辍学，很小就被嫁掉，因为遭到家暴而逃离夫家，跑到马德拉斯(Madras，就是现在的清奈Chennai)跟阿姨同住。刚开始接触南印电影圈时，她只是一个小小的化妆师，因缘际会得到了一个小角色而开始成为演员，后来遇到贵人栽培，并且帮她取了艺名&Smitha&，1979年主演马来亚姆语电影Inaye Thedi出道，同年主演的泰米尔语电影Vandichakkaram让她大红大紫，她因而将片中女主角的名字&Silk&加在自己的艺名裡，从此她主演的电影几乎都脱不了情色的影子。
　　
　　她片中的角色多半有大胆的床戏(虽然什麽都看不到，但在80年代的印度，半裸啊吻戏啊若隐若现咿咿喔喔的画面阿，可都还是很诱惑人的啊XD)或是卖弄性感的舞蹈、动作，17年的演艺生涯中主演了超过上百部的泰卢固语、泰米尔语、马来亚姆语、坎纳达语和印地语电影。
　　
　　可惜到了90年代，她的演艺事业逐渐走下坡，她尝试自己製作电影但是都失败了，使她亏损了大量金钱，同时在感情上又受了挫折，从此开始酗烟酗酒，心力交瘁的她在日被发现在清奈的公寓自杀，结束了她短促又大起大落的人生。
