温控箱即热流道温控器，热流道温控箱是一种连续不断保持热流道系统所需温度值的设备，由温控卡、空气开关、箱体、风机、接线座和线缆等组成。 温控箱通过内装的温控卡，检测热流道系统所处的温度，通过调节输出功率，使目标点温度保持稳定。温控箱采用微处理器控制，控温精度可达0.5℃ ；双排LED数字显示， 具备多种故障状态显示报警，能及时发现解决问题所在； 输出界面采用国际通用标准工业插座，广泛应用于世界各国的热流系统 ；热电偶K型 J型可互相调换。
