选读还是泛读？Reading Selectively or Extensively?
it is known to us all, reading has a great impact on our whole life. As the
result, we are required to read as much as possible since we are children.
However, some people will meet with the problem of whether they should read
selectively or extensively. And people have different views towards this issue.
我们大家都知道，阅读对我们的一生有巨大的影响。因此，在我们还是小孩的时候，我们就被要求尽可能多的阅读。然而，有些人会碰到应该选读还是泛读的问题。对这一问题人们有不同的观点。
one thing, some people consider that we should read selectively because they
maintain that it’s impossible for us to read all kinds of books. Furthermore,
there are some books doing harm to our psychological health, so we should avoid
reading them. Finally, only in this way –reading selectively can we have more
time to appreciate the beauty of the great and famous books.
一方面，有些人认为我们应该有选择性地阅读，因为他们觉得把各种各样的书都读完是不可能的。而且有些书是对我们的心理健康有害的，我们应该避免读到它。最后，只有这样——有选择性的阅读才能让我们有更多的时间去欣赏那些伟大的、著名的书籍之美。
another, other people argue that we should read extensively and get in touch
with various kinds of books about different fields so that we can increase our
knowledge and broaden our horizon. In addition, no subject is isolated from
others and all of them are associated with each other.
另一方面，其他人认为我们应该广泛的阅读来接触不同领域的各种书籍，让我们可以增加知识，拓宽视野。此外，没有任何学科是孤立的，他们都是相互联系的。
far as I am concerned, just as the saying goes, “read wide, and you will wisely
write,” I am in favor of the latter. But at the same time, I advocate that we
should avoid reading those books are harmful to our health as much as possible.
就我而言，正如俗话所说，“读书破万卷，下笔如有神“我很认同后者。但同时，我也认为我们应该尽可能的避免阅读那些对我们健康有害的书。

Furthermore, some books are harmful. If we don‘t read books selectively, we will be led astray by harmful books.1&&&
