俄罗斯总理普京周五在圣彼得堡参加一个慈善晚会。为了给晚会助兴，普京总理摘掉领带亲自登台献艺，在到场嘉宾的热烈掌声中唱了好几首歌。
这场盛大的慈善晚会10号晚在圣彼得堡举行，许多国际巨星到场助阵，目的是帮助患有癌症和眼疾的俄罗斯儿童。
晚会到高潮，主持人索性邀请总理普京为大家献上一曲。
普京：&像多数人一样，我唱得不好，弹琴也远非专业，但是我喜欢这些活动，所以接下来，希望大家宽容对待我的表演。&
全场的目光一下子集中到舞台上。普京总理在一架钢琴前坐定，优雅地弹起了&祖国从哪里开始&。他一边弹，一边唱，现场的气氛一下子热烈许多，嘉宾们都合着节拍，跟普京一起唱了起来。
唱完革命歌曲，普京风格一转，用英语唱起了经典歌曲&蓝莓山&，场上气氛更加热烈。
这个慈善晚会是俄罗斯一年一度的盛事，众多名人、巨星和政界人士到场助兴。很多人表示，能够投身公益慈善事业，为有需要的人献出一份力，即使很微薄，也意义非凡。

参考消息网5月17日报道&俄媒称，俄罗斯总统没有料到他在与中国领导人会晤前弹钢琴的视频会被公开。他谦虚地表示，这不能算是“演奏”。普京弹奏钢琴。（美国《纽约时报》网站）据俄罗斯《导报》网站5月15日报道，普京在访华结束后举行的总结新闻发布会上说：“我只是在等我们的中国朋友和伙伴时用两三个手指按了几下琴键。”普京说：“可惜，这台钢琴音调得很不准，对我这种只用两个手指的人来说都很难弹……我以为，如果佩斯科夫先生（总统新闻秘书）拍下了什么，那很可能是留着自己用的，用来存档的。但他们决定把视频放出来。”他表示，这没有什么大不了的。对于在会见美国总统唐纳德·特朗普前会弹什么曲子的问题，普京答道，这要等到会面后再决定。他说：“不知道。我觉得，先要和他举行会谈，然后根据结果选择弹什么。”5月14日，网上出现了普京用钢琴演奏《莫斯科之窗》和《自由涅瓦河上之城》的视频，佩斯科夫表示：“总统是一边看会谈参考材料，一边弹钢琴的。”
