包金就是在铜或者银片上再压上薄薄的一层金箔，然后加工成各种装饰物，这样做出的包金饰品既便宜，又给人以与黄金相同的感觉。
包金饰品的成分，内部为铜片或银片，外部为24K或18K薄金片，一般两者厚度比例为10：1或20：1。由于包金只有表面一层为金子，它不再有较大的密度（手感不“沉”）。因为包金饰品价格便宜，所以它使用也非常广泛。而且在包金饰品中金与铜、银之间压合很好，一般不易公开。
包金有时易与K金、纯金相混，但其重量较轻，容易将二者区分开。包金与镀金有相似特点，但镀金的金厚度很小，棱角处易被磨掉而露出“本色”，包金则不会。另外包金中常有“1／10 24K”、“1／10 18K”、“1／20 18K”或“24KF”、“18KF”等字样，也是识别包金的重要方法之一。
镀金就是利用电解原理，在金属上镀上一层金膜。镀金使用范围很广。镀金饰品的成分，内部为金属，外加金膜，金属多为黄铜等。镀金的金层极薄，镀制方便，成本很低，有一定的装饰效果，但镀层易被磨掉，时间不能持珐弧粹旧诔搅达些惮氓久。
镀金的金膜应有一定的厚度，一般为10微米以上，但质量较差的镀金达不到这个厚度，有些甚至只改变颜色就不再镀了，这是不规范的。若将镀金品的棱角部位在衣服上蹭几下，褪黄露出“本色”的，肯定镀层厚度不够。
镀金价低又有一定的装饰性，但它只有暂时的辉煌。

5、鸡蛋打散，放入少许清水，平底锅小火加热，摊成薄薄的蛋皮，基本我是一个鸡蛋摊一张；
6、7、然后铺上薄薄的一层肉馅，上锅蒸熟；
8、再切成小于1CM的薄片；
9、再将切好的蛋卷平铺码入一个深底碗内，如图；
10、再将烧好的菌菇放在中间，做的多余的蛋卷也可以放进去，这样就备菜好了；
11、12、上桌前只需要再上锅再蒸5-6分钟左右，让菌菇和蛋卷一起入味；
12、倒扣再盘中，淋上菌菇汤，撒上葱花即可。
