暖风水箱接头损坏一直是个的通病，我的车也不例外。上个月终于自己动手换下了坏了快一年的暖风水箱，可惜由于心里没底，没有拍照交作业。换下的水箱看上去质量非常不错，至少比我这次装车的从路上那里买的领域用全铝水箱要好的多，重的多。想着就这么扔掉实在可惜，这才有了动手修复坏掉的水箱接头的想法。

这三张图应该能比较清楚的展示出水箱接头的损坏情况了。一开始是右边的先裂缝漏水，后来我朝里面塞进去一节橡胶水管+AB胶解决了一段时间。随后左边又裂缝不行了，同样方法处理了。本以为已经完美解决了的，没想到右边的橡胶水管还是不给力，连着外面原接头一节管子一起烂掉了，终于把我撂在了高速上……幸亏带了两个快乐跑的瓶子（一瓶还是满的，直接倒了……可惜），当堵头堵住水管，勉强跑了回来，从此过上没有暖风的日子……
言归正传，虽然已经基本不用担心暖风水箱的问题，但是本着DIY精神，以及为着万千帕友着想（境界有点高哦！），还是决定尝试修复这坏掉的接头。由于水箱的结构问题，加上原来用水管解决的先例，这次一上来就决定采用内衬管的方法进行修复。衬管肯定不能再用橡胶的，高温加防冻液会造成严重老化。金属材质成为最佳选择，同时还有足够强度。最后选择了铜管，外径15，内径13，主要淘宝上采购很方便，有条件的同学用其它材料也未尝不可。

这就是采购来的主材了，让店家裁的130长，实际不需要，110就差不多了，邮费比东西贵，唉~

这个重要的是外径，15是刚好插进原接头管子里。如果你的接头没有裂开就要注意了，原水管前面有一截是缩口的，实际内径大约只有14.2―14.3左右，衬管还要再加工一下才能插进去的。

粘的时候满手胶，没法照相，反正就是把胶涂满铜管，再插进接头，那些缝隙涂不涂胶都没大关系，它们已经不起作用了。

15外径的管子在原接口口部还有点小，没关系，正好被AB胶填满；

我这次是专门买的耐高温的AB胶，普通AB胶只耐70-80度温度，我之前也已经用惨痛的教训验证了，确实温度高了不行。这次的胶如何还有待验证（准备等干了放到锅里煮一个小时）。

我这样的做法并不需要把水箱拆下来，在车上就可以操作，所以，这个接头已经坏了或者可能要坏的同学们可以赶快动手了，有备无患啊！

特氟龙材料耐高温不错，粘接性不好，担心那个部位的粘接牢固性哦。
铜管随便找一家空调店家或空调维修部都有，不必淘 宝了。

由于在南方，暖气用不到，考虑使用直通管子短接。 14.2是缩口处的尺寸，其它地方都是15的，如果用14的管子会小很多（14.2是估计的，我的坏了不好测量）。
直通是可以的，不过如果不用可以不要直通，两个管子都堵上就是了，我堵了快1年没有任何问题。
