这里有两个have，也就是说有两个谓语，这样真的可以吗？
前面那个是定语从句，修饰people的，后面的才是真正的谓语和宾语

1，我查了下中国使馆的资料，No conflict or confrontation是不需要引号的2， major-country是合成形容词，作定语修饰relations， 大国之间的关系，并没有中美在里面。外交部的文章里有写明中美：China and the US have entered a new era of jointly building a new model of major-country relations.3， major-country是中国外交部的用词，哪怕国外没有这种用法我们也应当当作标准表述来看待。（国外确实不会这么用）

不是这样的，英文是把注重的意思当主句，顺序没有太大关系，而是这句主要强调塞内加尔的建树，而且和塞相关的语句偏长，就放在了后边，句子整体比较平衡，不会头重脚轻。
1.不加也是可以的，但是加引号比较合适，表明强调或者多次引用过的观点。2.是的，应该加上China_US，然后后面的major country作为同位语更准确一些。3.翻译的不是很好，用global power更合适一些
