开粗一般（直刀）出来以后 成阶梯形状 壁面是垂直的 就是精雕里的 分层区域粗加工分层区域粗加工完后用球头刀做曲面精加工
有必要的话在精加工前加个半精加工然后一起把刀路输出去粗加工与精加工的刀路一起输出的
原点XY坐标是不能动的
一个产品加工的刀具一般都是同一原点输出的
没有见过在加工一个产品要对两次原点
除非特殊情况
粗加工结束后直接换球刀精修XY原点不动
把Z对下就好了还有看你图 就中间铣个半圆槽
有必要连上面的平面也用曲面方式做吗
有曲面的部分用曲面做
没有曲面的部分用2D做刀路
可能是习惯问题目前我是2D+3D结合当然可能有更好的方式
