最近这里的气温虽然一直很低，但却是难得的晴好天气，人们出行还是很方便的。
早上的课很有意思，Esabelle围绕Teaching
Grammar上了非常好的一节语法教学课。Esabelle教学中讲练结合，不断地创设情境，大家在她的指导下通过活动很轻松地完成了上午的学习任务，我们初步了解了Deductive
Presentation和Inductive / Guided Presentation.
通过两者的对比，我们找出的他们的优缺点。但是教学中要熟练运用，是要有一个过程的。她让我们始终要记住：“If you say
everything, you will lose students.
下午我们与我们要去的观摩学校的代表见了面，我们要去的是Waingels
College小组成员反复研究学习学校的相关资料，大家都是做了认真的准备，唯恐遗漏一些问题。我们的联系人是学校负责语言学习的Richard
Jewit。Richard
Jewit在学校教法语和西班牙语，见面会并不像我们期待的那样完善，他并没有做充分的准备，有些问题他也说得很含糊，我们落实了大部分的问题，但是还有一些小事他们还得协商。Esabelle会后又我们协商下一步的工作，如何去展示中国的文化、如何去进行引入，如何调动学生积极等，她给我们出点子、想办法，因为时间有限，建议我们一定要认真设计好每一个环节，可是昨天的几个学校做得非常好，校方代表介绍活动安排之后，几乎没有人有问题要问，他们考虑的很周到，对这类事情非常有经验，提供午餐，提供活动用品等，并且给每一名中国教师安排了一名学生做向导，如有不清楚的，你可以随时与他沟通。
在英国的学校里，对于要去参观的人有很多的要求，如：不能在校园及教学楼里吸烟；不能给学生拍照；不能问学生的电话号码或邮箱；不能在校园里随便转悠；不能穿运动鞋和牛仔裤等。这一点他们要始终向家长确保孩子在学校里的安全。
