县各中小学校，幼儿园
&&& 为进一步激发全县中小学生学习英语的积极性，丰富中小学校园文化生活，决定举办全县英语风采大赛暨2015年度中央电视台&希望之星&英语风采大赛信阳赛区选拔赛。现将有关事项通知如下：
&&&& 一、组织领导：固始县教育体育局。
&&&& 二、大赛主题：与梦想同行。
&&&& 三、大赛宗旨
&&&& 1、培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样。
&&&& 2、成长比成绩更重要，体验比名次更珍贵。
&&& &四、大赛时间（2015年3月至8月）
&&& 1、各校区赛区海选（资格赛）：2015年4月
&&& 2、复赛：2015年4月25-26日
&&& &五、组别设置
&&& 1、大赛设个人幼儿组、小学A组（小学1－3年级）、小学B组（小学4－6年级）初中组、高中组共五个参赛组别。
&&& 2、大赛分为海选（资格赛）、复赛、市级决赛、省级决赛、全国预选赛和全国总决赛六个阶段。
&&&&&& 3、组委会根据市级决赛结果，负责向省级决赛选送选手。
&&& 六、报名方式
&&& 1、以校区为单位报名参赛；各校区、赛区海选初赛均免费参赛，不缴纳参赛费用。
&&& 2、选手持身份证或户口本、一寸正面免冠近照2张，到青少年活动中心办理报名手续；团体报名可到所在学校任课教师处领取大赛报名表格，填写好交给任课教师。
&& &3、参赛选手严格按照本人学习所在地报名，严禁跨区域报名。
&& &4、参赛选手必须按照自己实际学籍状况报名参加本组别的比赛，严禁跨组别报名。
&&&&&& 5、已经进入过往届全国总决赛阶段决赛部分的选手，不得再次报名参加同组别的比赛。

初中、高中组
八：奖项设置
1.县区比赛每组设置一等奖10、二等奖15名、三等奖30名，并颁发证书。

&&&& 参赛选手进行才艺展示&&&&学生们在老师带领下来参赛
&&&&5月2日，以“I&Have&a&dream”为主题的2015&CCTV“希望之星”英语风采大赛玉溪站初赛在一点通教育综合楼正式开赛。为期两天的比赛，来自红塔区各个学校的600余名学生进行激烈比拼，角逐进入复赛的资格。最终，214名学生成功晋级。初赛成绩已于昨天上午12点通过一点通教育微信公众平台、官方QQ群、高古楼网站公布。&&&&5月2日一大早，一点通综合楼内便透着紧张而激烈的比赛氛围，众多英语爱好者齐聚比赛现场。由于是分时段、分场次进行比赛，很多选手提前进入候考室等待。等待时间里，他们有的背演讲稿，有的准备才艺展示，为自己的比赛争分夺秒。楼下，前来观战的父母们也没有闲着，有围在咨询台前咨询比赛和补课信息的，也有三五成群热聊孩子学习的，等候孩子们走出考场。&&&&初赛的比试分为两个环节，在规定时间内，选手进行自命题演讲和才艺展示。唱英文歌、现场朗诵、弹古筝、吉他弹唱、吹长笛、拉小提琴、跳拉丁舞……参赛者们使出浑身解数，各自展示着自己的特长和英语口语能力，在两分钟时间里尽力表现到最好。每表演完一个，两名评委老师随即开始现场打分。为了显示比赛的公平公正，整场考完后，工作人员开始统计选手的综合成绩并进行现场公布，整个统计的过程都有一名家长监督员全程监督。&&&&开赛第一天，紧张的气氛一直从早晨持续到傍晚。经过激烈的比拼，前400名选手完成了初赛的角逐，剩下的将在第二天继续进行。尽管整个过程进行得很快，每位选手也仅仅只有两分钟的机会，但走出考场后的他们依然摆脱不了内心的紧张。记者随机采访了几位选手，他们均表示是第一次参加如此高水准的比赛，很紧张，压力很大。“我现在手都还是抖的，两分钟时间就跟做梦一样，还没回过神来就结束了，压力好大。”刚走出考场的初中组选手钟帆阳说，“希望能通过这次比赛提高英语口语能力，同时也看看其他选手的水平，弥补自己的不足。”&&&&参与本次初赛的初中组评委黄老师表示，整场比赛下来反映出参赛选手的水平参差不齐，但也有一部分英语水平很不错的同学，他们口语表达很好，包括单词的尾音和句子连读都把握得很好。“希望有幸进入复赛的同学能加强演讲技巧，注重英语的表达细节，战胜胆怯心理，为下一场比赛做好充足准备。”&&&&据本次大赛承办方玉溪一点通教育相关负责人介绍，完成红塔区选手的考评后，剩余的县区分赛场将在5月9日、10日两天举行。近千名进入初赛的选手，最终将选出500名进入复赛，复赛阶段每个赛别的前10名分别进入决赛。在接下来的比赛中，第一环节难度将逐步升级，包括命题演讲、看图说故事、故事接龙和绘画手工作品解说等，此外还增加了第三环节――评委问答，意味着选手们将面临更为严苛的考验才能晋级下一轮比赛。&&（本报记者&&李清&&文/图）
