&&& 高等学校英语应用能力考试是教育部高教司组织的全国高校专
科英语统一考试。这项考试从2000年正式开始，每学期末举行一次，
即每年的6月份、12月份各举行一次(英语四、六级考试的第二天)。
&&& 山东省根据教育部《高职高专英语课程教学的基本要求》制定了
针对本省专科学生的考核标准，并且对考试的内容作了明确规定，如
考试的范围、题型、分值等。2003年后，山东省高教处在几次考试的
基础上进一步完善了考试方案，经过反复调整，曰趋成熟。
&&& 首先，近几年随着高职高专教育事业的蓬勃发展，国家对高等职
业教育的投入加大，重视教学质量的提高，鼓励课程改革创新，规范
高职教育教学标准，寻求有效的方法来衡量学生的实际能力。在山
东省各高职高专院校内，高职高专英语应用能力考试(以下简称能力
考试)和其他各类证书的考试一样，越来越受到学生的关注，尤其是
山东省教育厅强调要求省内各专科学校把能力考试组织好。这就意
味着一个高职高专学生能否顺利完成学业，其英语能力考试的通过
与否是非常重要的。其次，随着能力考试影响的加大，这种证书已经
被越来越多的企事业单位所接受，成为聘用人才的凭证。我们就是
基于这种思路，严格遵照山东省教育厅对能力考试的要求，为满足广
大考生的实际需求，专门组织一部分多年来在一线从事高职英语教
学的优秀教师和辅导考试成绩卓著的优秀教师，编写了这本《山东省
高职高专英语应用能力考试精典题库》(以下简称《题库》)，以供考生
复习之用。
&&& 《题库》内容包括：应试对策和专家提示；两套真题；全真模拟试
卷(十套)；附录。其中，附录包括：录音文字材料；真题和全真模拟试
卷参考答案；山东省高职高专英语应用能力考试大纲。为了帮助考
生把握考点和命题的方向，在编写中我们组织力量反复推敲真题，认
真分析研究山东省能力考试的发展趋势，科学地编排全真模拟试卷，
努力做到考题的形式和容量与真题一致，让考生从内容和形式上迅
速了解和把握考题，力求使考题具有很强的实用性、创新性和前瞻
性。另外，我们特别邀请了部分专家进行审题，征求他们的意见，多
次修改成型。可以断言，这是一本能帮助学生迅速提高成绩、使考生
轻松过关的参考书。当然，我们也考虑到了随着时间的推移真题会
发生变化和更新的情况，所以，我们将广泛搜集相关信息，密切把握
发展动态，及时做出快速反应并调整《题库》。

Directions: This part is to test your listening ability. It consists of 3 sections.
Directions: In this section, you will hear 5 short dialogues. At the end of
each dialogue, a question will be asked about what was said. Both the dia-
logue and question will be spoken only once. After each question there will be
a pause. During the pause, you must read the 4 choices marked A, B, C and
D, and decide which is the best answer. Then mark the corresponding letter
on the Answer Sheet with a single line through the center.
