通过查阅文献,确定了对含硅类稳定剂的合成探究。主要从合成反应的温度,时间,引发剂的用量以及投料比这四方面进行探究,通过系列的试验,得到合成PLA-b-PDMS-b-PLA的最佳条件。
当羟丙基硅油(PDMS)与丙交酯(PLA)投料比为1:1时,产物的量最多。随着投料比的增加,产量会随之降低,且得到产物的杂质较多。当反应温度为110℃,引发剂用量为8滴时,产量最大。实验证明,反应时间对于产量的影响不大,但一般24小时比较合适。
PLA-b-PDMS-b-PLA的合成对于聚乳酸等材料的在超临界二氧化碳中的反应起着重要的影响。聚乳酸作为一种生物相容性非常好的材料到了广泛的关注。这种材料具有很高的应用价值。从包装行业到医疗高分子行业,PLA都受到了广泛的关注。若能通过在超临界二氧化碳中合成这一物质的,这对于未来PLA的应用与发展有着深远的影响。
Supercritical carbon dioxide (ScCO2), as a safe, non-toxic, environmentally friendly and abundant solvent, has been an alternative replacement of the traditional solvent which is usually toxic and can be hardly to deal with after the polymerization. The some polymerization reactions cannot be carried out well because many polymers have not a good affinity and solubility in CO2, so the polymer products are assembled into massive, not uniform, and poor dispersibility particles. These problems could be the barriers of the polymerization of many materials such as lactide (PLA), polycaprolactone(PCL)etc. As a result, the using of stabilizers was particularly important to the polymerization in ScCO2.
After consulted a number of literatures, the research on a silicon-containing stabilizer was determined. The control variables on temperature and time, the dosage of initiator and feed ratio were explored. Through a series of tests, the optimum condition of the polymerization of the PLA-b-PDMS-b-PAL was obtained.
