近日，上海市中医医院联合上海市第三康复医院、大宁路街道社区卫生服务中心等医疗机构及企业服务中心联动共同举办爱耳日大型公益活动。
在活动现场，上海市中医医院耳鼻咽喉科专家带来3场科普讲座，讲座线上线下同步举行，不少中医爱好者来到现场或通过直播聆听讲座。
上海市中医医院耳鼻咽喉科学科带头人郭裕教授带来讲座“耳鸣耳聋怎么办”，深入浅出地介绍了耳鸣耳聋的诊断和治疗，强调了“科学爱耳护耳”的主题。同时，和在座居民积极互动交流，大力宣传和普及了听力健康的科学知识。
接着，现场进行了“耳朵也会感冒吗？”的公益讲座，向居民讲述了中耳炎的相关知识，对“感冒”后引起“中耳炎”的原因和诊治及科室特色治疗做了详细介绍，尤其是强调了中耳炎的注意事项和预防措施。
最后，现场还开展了“耳朵的自我保健”课程，科普了耳朵的功能和耳聋的病因，重点指出了“噪音”的危害，并且介绍了一些简单可行的护耳小妙招，带领居民学习了“耳保健操”。
讲座结束后，现场还为大家提供了耳科疾病咨询、耳部推拿、耳穴压丸、穴位贴敷等理疗服务。
院方表示
通过本次活动，宣传和普及了居民听力健康的科学知识，加强了居民听力损伤与耳聋的防治，提高了全民爱耳护耳的意识，推动了防聋治聋工作的开展。
