Parents should do their best to delay the first time children use cell phone, or at least guarantee the use is mostly restrained in short message service.里面the first time children use cell phone是什么从句啊，中间需不需要连接词？这个是我自己写的句子，不知道对不对
要啊，不要的话读起来怪怪的。
我觉得，只要看得懂，没有歧义，就是好句子，语法什么的都丢一边去。
the first time 是宾语，children use cell phone 是这个宾语的定语从句。
我想你的意思是第一次使用手机的时间，但是 the first time 的意思是第一次，而不是第一次的时间。或许可以改成 children's first use of cell phone。

1. 错误，因为变成两句定语从句了（I bought yesterday 是省略了which的定语从句，另一句是which has got a lovely garden）。没有主句。2. 可以。但同时要把逗号去掉。这样的话，主句就是The house has got a lovely garden，中间是省略了which 的定语从句用来修饰the house.

个人认为这样写比较合适：My house has got a lovely garden, the house wihch I bought last year但是感觉怎么改也不如原句那么通顺。
1是对的.也可以简化成:My house bought in last year has got a lovely gardon.2语法不通
